Hey followers holy crap its been so long since I’ve posted, especially personally written or photographed. I’ve been really busy with going back to school for fashion design, working a new job, trying but failing at maintaining my social life, and enjoying every moment I can with my boyfriend considering both of our hectic contantly different schedules. Buttt I’m writing this post because I’ve been mentally developing a couple ideas and projects I want to start on and unfortunately I gotta do one at a time. Lately I’ve been trying to figure out the best approach to and finding the time (i’m absolute shit at time management and have to aim to leave my house an hour and 20 mins ahead of time to be on time to most places & avoid a panic attack so yah basically i suck) But one thing I’ve been wanting to start on is actually blogging fashion related posts and probably incorporate a couple other topics too. WHY? You ask, or why now? I literally grew up in “fashion”, my dad began a buisness with my late grandmother called Saras Button and Trimming where we did everything from covered buttons ( I hear are making a comeback by the way) to embroidery, studs, rhinestones, we had almost every kind of industrial sewing machines. Anyways growing up seeing so many different designers work from womens contemporary, childrens, mens, lingerie, bags and belts and all the random crafty ideas my mom decided to try to take on in production and I guess I grew a deep appreciation and admiration for every type of artist with their ideas although I honestly fucking hate garments that look flat out cheap and distasteful. Here I plan on writing about designers & labels I’m constantly meeting some who work with my mother others who I’ve met at school, write about my opinions on upcoming trends or high fashion trends I think may trickle down into budget, once I get my project going I’ll stick that stuff in here. Basically I’m not super sure what my content is I’m gunna have to work with feedback and whats coming to me but I hope I can catch someones interest among my followers! (:
